Mumbai: Union Bank of India has presented the Dividend
cheque of Rs. 2,853.33 crores to the Government of India for the financial year
2025-26. Shri Asheesh Pandey, Managing Director & CEO of the Bank handed
over the dividend cheque to the Hon’ble Union Finance Minister & Corporate
Affairs, Smt. Nirmala Sitharaman in the presence of Shri Sanjay Lohiya, Secretary,
Department of Financial Services (DFS), Ministry of Finance. Also present on
the occasion were Shri Nitesh Ranjan, Shri Ramasubramanian S. & Shri Amresh
Prasad, Executive Directors of the Bank.
