7 Easy Ways to Stop Blood Sugar from Jumping Too High

Many people now have high blood sugar. Here are 7 simple, natural tricks that really help keep sugar levels steady. They are safe, cheap, and easy to do every day.

  1. Add Cinnamon (Dalchini) Put half a spoon of cinnamon powder in tea, milk, curd, or oats. It helps your body use insulin better and brings sugar down slowly.

  2. Drink plenty of water Drink 8–10 glasses of water every day. When you drink enough water, blood sugar doesn’t get too thick and high. Add lemon if you like.

  3. Use Fenugreek Seeds (Methi Dana) Soak 1 spoon methi seeds in water overnight. Drink the water and chew the seeds in the morning on empty stomach. It stops sugar from rising fast after meals

  4. Do simple Yoga or Deep Breathing Stress pushes sugar up. Just 10 minutes of slow deep breaths or easy yoga (like sitting quietly and breathing) calms the body and keeps sugar normal.

  5. Drink Apple Cider Vinegar before meals Mix 1 small spoon vinegar in a glass of water. Drink it 10 minutes before lunch or dinner. It slows down how fast sugar enters the blood.

  6. Eat cooled Rice or Potatoes (Resistant Starch) Cook rice or potatoes, let them cool in the fridge, then eat (you can heat again). Cooling makes a special starch that does not turn into sugar quickly. Green bananas, rajma, and chole are also great.

  7. Eat Magnesium-rich foods Eat spinach, almonds, pumpkin seeds, or avocado every day. Magnesium helps insulin work better and controls sugar.

Small tip:

Do these little things daily. They work very well along with your regular treatment. Always talk to your doctor before trying anything new.
