Mahindra Finance's Q4 profit rises 55%

Mahindra Finance delivered a strong performance in FY26, with standalone Profit After Tax (PAT) increasing by 19% year-on-year to ₹2,782 crore. Meanwhile, Q4 PAT rose by 55% to ₹873 crore. In view of the strong business performance, the Board has proposed a final dividend of ₹7.50 per share, compared to ₹6.50 in the previous year.

Commenting on the results, MD and CEO Raul Rebello said that progress in growth, margins, and risk management is the result of disciplined execution, which has led to a significant increase in profitability. He stated that continued investment in the core vehicle finance business, new growth areas, and technology will support sustainable growth and profitability.
