Bank
strengthens presence in Rajasthan with inauguration of Field General Manager
Office, Jaipur
Jaipur, Indian Bank disbursed loans aggregating to ₹2,150 crore across the Retail,
Agriculture and MSME (RAM) segments at a RAM Outreach Programme held at the
Constitution Club, Jaipur. The programme was part of Shri Binod Kumar, Managing
Director & CEO, Indian Bank’s visit to Jaipur and reflects the Bank’s
commitment to expanding timely and accessible credit to individuals, farmers
and businesses.
During his
visit, Shri Binod Kumar inaugurated the Indian Bank Mid Corporate Branch (MCB) and
the Field General Manager Office (FGMO), Jaipur, strengthening the Bank’s
operational and administrative presence in the region.
Speaking
on the occasion, Shri Binod Kumar, MD&CEO said, "Rajasthan is an
important and rapidly developing market for Indian Bank. The establishment of
the Field General Manager Office in Jaipur is a significant step towards
strengthening our presence in the state. Our objective is not merely to expand
our branch network and business, but to be a trusted partner in Rajasthan’s
economic and social development.”

₹2,150 crore disbursement under the RAM Outreach Programme reflects our

The
FGMO Jaipur will serve as the administrative office for Rajasthan and Madhya
Pradesh, covering two Zones in Rajasthan and four Zones in Madhya Pradesh. The
office will strengthen operational coordination and enable the Bank to respond
more effectively to the evolving banking and credit requirements across the two
states.
The
inauguration was attended by Shri Ravi Kumar, Field General Manager; Shri
Dheeraj Bhatia, Deputy General Manager; and Shri Mithilesh Kumar Verma, Zonal
Manager, Zonal Office Jaipur, along with Bank staff, retired officials and
representatives of the Officers & Employees’ Union.
Through
its RAM outreach initiatives, Indian Bank continues to strengthen engagement
with MSMEs, farmers, retail customers and entrepreneurs, supporting financial
inclusion and contributing to inclusive economic growth across the regions it
serves.
