· Introduces
home energy storage batteries, a 2,500 kVA central PCS under joint branding
with Belectriq, and AQUILA bifacial G12 modules of up to 715 Wp
· The
launches extend the company from solar EPC and module manufacturing into
storage and power conversion, serving homes, commercial and industrial users,
and utility-scale projects.
· All
three products are on display at Solarworld’s booth at India Expo Centre &
Mart, Greater Noida, from 22 to 24 October 2026.
Delhi: Solarworld Energy Solutions Limited today announced the launch of
three new products at REI Expo 2026: lithium iron phosphate home energy storage
batteries from 1.28 kWh to 5.12 kWh, the SWPCS2500 2,500 kVA central power
conversion system under joint branding with Belectriq, and AQUILA bifacial G12
modules of up to 715 Wp. The launches reflect the company’s shift from solar
EPC and module manufacturing towards a business built on both generation and
storage, serving homes, commercial and industrial users, and utility-scale
projects. The products are on display at the company’s booth (B569, Hall 11) at
India Expo Centre & Mart, Greater Noida.
The launches
cover the three points where a solar and storage project is built: the module
that generates power, the power conversion system that feeds it to the grid,
and the battery that stores it. The home batteries are aimed at households
adopting rooftop solar under PM Surya Ghar: Muft Bijli Yojana, which targets
one crore households. For larger applications, Solarworld offers liquid-cooled
battery energy storage systems, including a 125 kW / 261.24 kWh system for
commercial and industrial users and a 5,015 kWh container for utility and
industrial use.
Commenting on the launches, Mr. Kartik
Teltia, Managing Director, Solarworld Energy Solutions Limited, said, “India’s solar sector is moving from installing capacity to building
complete, locally supported energy systems. Developers and customers today look
for integrated solutions across generation, conversion and storage, and they
want the confidence of dealing with fewer, more capable suppliers. These
launches reflect Solarworld’s response to that shift, each product opens a new
customer segment and reduces our dependence on any single part of the market.
As we deepen our manufacturing base through cell production, we are building a
company that can serve customers from rooftop to utility scale. REI Expo gives
us exactly the right platform to take that story to the market.”
